Have you heard of this? Injustice, scandal, outrageous are the softest words I can think of to describe this

Basically what it says is that if that law, known as Orphan Works Art, is approved, whatever you create as an artist (drawings, paintings, poems, songs, photographs, etc) won't belong to you unless you pay. Yes, you have to pay for something that, up untill now, is known as creator copyright.
