This is the story of how a happy boy ended up with a crushed spirit ...

Once upon a time, that is, the Saturday before last, I was at a party. I was feeling fine, upbeat, single and ready to mingle when I had the catastrophic idea of asking a girl if she wanted to dance with me … Now as any guy in the world knows, usually to get a girl to dance with you, you probably already have asked like 10 before so we’re pretty much used to rejection
But these girls … they were vicious

The 1st one I walked up to was really polite, she just said “no, thanks” I was rejected, but in a nice manner, so I was ok. The 2nd one said “NO! GEROFF!” As if I was a scary spider. I was a little startled… and scared, but still fine. But my doom came with the 3rd and 4th After I plucked up the courage for the third time, I walked up to this girl that, after I asked her for a dance, she looked at me up and down, finally making eye contact and putting a face like “yeah, right … eww” What a bitch! I told myself not to let an idiot to ruin my night, so I went over, yet, to another girl.
I should have learned my lesson with the 3rd one… I was walking towards the 4th girl. She saw me. She starts walking right towards me. We bumped into each-other! And, without even looking at me, she just kept going … She literally walked through me! Actually, not literally, or I’d be dead But I mean, WTF?! Am I hideously unattractive?
I swear I’m not rude to them whatsoever. So what the hell is wrong with me? What am I doing wrong? Any advice would be really apreciatted

This damn new work is keeping me so busy that I haven't been able to log on to DA for days and I've just logged on and I see that I have 542 Deviations and 70 Messages to check!!!

Tomorrow I start on a new job and I'm kinda freaked
The job is very similar as my current one, and is better, 'cause I can learn things a maybe get promoted. But, you know, like every change, it creates anxiety. And the worst part is that I have to get up early! NOOOOOO! Actually the worst part is that I'll have less time to be on DA

On the other hand I'll get more money, so yay!

Oh well, let's hope for the best
